1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Sacred Sermon System™ web application at beta.sacredsermonsystem.com or sacredsermonsystem.com beginning September 1, 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or use the system. These terms apply to all users, including beta participants, subscribers, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

The Sacred Sermon System™ is a Spirit-led, AI-assisted ministry content preparation platform designed for ministers, pastors, teachers, evangelists, chaplains, devotional writers, and anyone who prepares ministry content weekly. The system guides users through seven sacred stages of preparation and provides AI-assisted tools to support — not replace — the minister’s own study, prayer, and discernment. The system is operated by PROSei Consulting LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company headquartered in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The system serves three preparation modes — Preach, Teach, and Write — all included in every subscription at no additional cost.

3. The Sacred AI Covenant

Use of this system is governed by the Sacred AI Covenant™, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Core commitments: This system does not write sermons, lessons, or devotionals — all content produced traces to the minister’s own study, prayer, and answers. The AI assists. The minister leads. The Holy Spirit guides. No AI response constitutes theological authority — all content must be verified against Scripture before entering the pulpit or classroom. The system will never share your sermons, preparation notes, or writing samples with any third party.

4. Ministry Preparation Modes

Three modes included in every subscription at no additional cost. Preach — for ministers preparing sermons and proclamation content. Teach — for ministers preparing Bible studies, lessons, and teaching content. Write — for ministers preparing devotionals and ministry content.

5. Product Timeline

Beta period: June 26, 2026 through July 10, 2026 — free access, no payment required. Founding Member pricing available June 26, 2026 through August 31, 2026. Public launch: September 1, 2026. Standard pricing begins September 1, 2026.

6. User Accounts and Beta Access

During the beta period (June 26 through July 10, 2026), the workbook is accessible without a registered account. Anonymous sessions are created automatically via Supabase and work is saved to that session. Users are strongly encouraged to create a free account to ensure permanent access to their saved work across devices. After July 10, 2026, access to the workbook requires a registered account and active subscription. Ministers who participated in beta as anonymous users may claim their work by creating an account using the same browser and device before beta closes. PROSei Consulting LLC is not responsible for lost work resulting from failure to claim a beta session before the deadline.

7. Subscription Tiers and Pricing

PDF Standalone: $47.00 one-time.
Monthly Founding Member: $19.00 per month — full web application access — no long-term commitment — upgrade anytime — available through August 31, 2026.
Annual Founding Member: $147.00 per year — full web application access plus Sacred Sermon Workbook PDF included free — founding member rate locked in for life — available through August 31, 2026.
Lifetime Founding Member: $447.00 one-time — permanent full web application access plus PDF included free — all future updates included — available through August 31, 2026.
Standard pricing begins September 1, 2026: $29.00 per month · $297.00 per year · $697.00 lifetime. PDF remains $47.00.

8. Formation Voices

The Sacred Sermon System™ features 49 formation voices across seven stages, spanning six continents and multiple theological traditions including Reformed, Wesleyan, Pentecostal, Baptist, Anglican, AME, womanist, Catholic, contemplative, African Christian, and international preaching traditions. These voices represent interpretive educational adaptations inspired by published works and documented methodologies. Their inclusion does not constitute official endorsement by those individuals, their estates, publishers, or affiliated organizations.

9. Intellectual Property

Trademarks of PROSei Consulting LLC include: Sacred Sermon System™, Sacred Sermon Flow™, From Text to Thunder™, Sacred Sermon Vault™, Sacred AI Covenant™, Sacred Sermon Transformation Framework™. All content within the system is the intellectual property of PROSei Consulting LLC and Rev. Regina Osei, M.Div. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell any system content without written permission.
• Use AI-generated content as your own published work without attribution.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the system’s content or methodology.
• Share login credentials with others.
• Use the system for any purpose other than personal ministry preparation.
• Use the system to train competing AI models or develop competing products.

11. Limitation of Liability

PROSei Consulting LLC provides this system as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by Mississippi law, PROSei Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the system. The minister bears full responsibility for all content delivered from the pulpit or classroom.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in DeSoto County, Mississippi.

13. Changes to Terms

PROSei Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at sacredsermonsystem.com with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
