1. No Theological Authority

The Sacred Sermon System™ is a formation and organizational tool for ministry content preparation. It is not a source of theological authority. All AI-generated content must be evaluated, verified, and approved by the minister before any content enters the pulpit or classroom. No output from this system replaces the minister’s own engagement with Scripture, prayer, study, and pastoral discernment.

2. AI Limitations

The AI features in this system — including the Sacred AI Companion™, per-field pastoral responses, the Progressive Assembly Engine, the Illustration Generator, and the Automated Scripture Finder — are powered by large language models and may:

• Produce responses that require theological correction.
• Generate scripture references that require verification.
• Suggest illustrations or applications that may not be appropriate for every congregation.
• Reflect the limitations and biases inherent in AI language model training data.

PROSei Consulting LLC does not warrant the theological accuracy, completeness, or contextual appropriateness of any AI-generated content. The minister bears full responsibility for evaluating all AI-generated content before use.

3. Formation Voice Adaptations

The 49 formation voices featured across the seven stages span six continents and multiple theological traditions. Their inclusion is based on interpretive educational adaptations inspired by published works, known methodologies, and documented approaches. These adaptations are not official representations or endorsements by the individuals, their estates, publishers, or affiliated organizations. No voice is presented as spiritually perfect, doctrinally exhaustive, or beyond theological critique. Ministers are encouraged to engage every voice thoughtfully, in alignment with their own theological convictions, denominational commitments, and pastoral responsibilities.

4. Three Preparation Modes

This system serves three preparation modes — Preach, Teach, and Write. AI-generated content adapts based on the selected mode, but remains subject to the same limitations described in Section 2. Ministers preparing Bible studies, teaching lessons, or devotionals bear the same responsibility for verifying AI-generated content as ministers preparing sermons.

5. No Pastoral Counseling

Nothing in this system constitutes pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, psychological counseling, or professional advice of any kind. AI-generated pastoral responses are formation resources intended to support the minister’s preparation process only.

6. Ministry Outcomes

PROSei Consulting LLC makes no guarantee regarding ministry outcomes, congregational response, sermon effectiveness, or spiritual results arising from use of this system. Faithful proclamation is the work of the Holy Spirit through the minister. This system supports the preparation process. It cannot guarantee the results of that process.

7. Technical Disclaimer

The Sacred Sermon System™ requires internet access. PROSei Consulting LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Saved work is stored in Supabase and is subject to their data availability terms. Ministers are encouraged to export and retain personal copies of assembled preparation documents.

8. Beta Period Disclaimer

During the beta period (June 26 through July 10, 2026), the system is provided free of charge and is actively being refined based on minister feedback. Beta participants may encounter features that are incomplete, in development, or subject to change. PROSei Consulting LLC is not liable for any data loss, technical issues, or service interruptions occurring during the beta period.
